Thank you for your interest! We are a group of dedicated volunteer musicians who share a passion for music, community service, and representing our country.
 

Who We Are

The L &W Band is a civilian volunteer ensemble that performs at various community events, including Remembrance and Decoration Day. Most of our parades take place within the Niagara Region and the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA), but we also travel internationally for special performances. Our past destinations include the United States, Guernsey, Bermuda, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and the United Kingdom.
 

How to Join

We welcome musicians of all experience levels who are eager to perform in a military-style band. If you are interested in joining, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us! – Reach out to express your interest. 

2. Attend a Rehearsal – Prospective members are encouraged to visit one of our rehearsals to meet the band and see how we operate.

3. Audition – Some sections may require a short audition to assess skill level.

4. Commitment – Members are expected to attend regular rehearsals and performances throughout the year.
